Astrology seems to be everywhere these days--including the workplace, whether we like it or not. With casual mentions of Capricorns and Geminis, it could be easy to dismiss what seems like a new-age fade for something deeper. However, when used with intention and complexity, astrology can be an incredible tool for self-awareness and improving work dynamics.

Similar to profile or self-assessment tools such as Myers-Briggs, Strengths Finder, or Enneagram, astrology can help us understand inner motivations and allow us to bring greater awareness to our unconscious patterns and tendencies.  

 

The astrology natal chart offers a cosmic map of the soul shining light on strengths, weaknesses, and patterns of personality. And with it, we can reiterate superpowers to boost confidence and minimize places of insecurity--particularly at work.

Before becoming an astrologer 13 years ago, I worked for more than a decade in the public, private, and non-profit sectors in communications and public relations as a team member and leader. Astrologically, I only wish I knew back then what I know now as it would have made me a better employee and boss.

Astrology for team building can deepen relationships and offers a fun way to build morale while increasing connection and empathy in the workplace. Below are a few ways it can be applied:

Training and readings can be done online--virtually via Zoom or your preference--or in person in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. I can accommodate events for large groups of 100+ participants or small group gatherings of 5.

Investment Costs:

• $200-$300 per hour depending on the type of organization and training

• 2-hour minimum 

• Mileage for there and back for in-person sessions if more than 15 miles away (.65 per mile)

• Any applicable tolls or parking

• 50% non-refundable deposit to secure time and day

 

In addition, I have an event and small business insurance policy and am insured of up to $ 1 million coverage.
