In Greek translations, the word virgin meant “one unto herself" and the ancient virgin goddesses connected us to our own life force energies and wholeness.  Astrologically these archetypes live on in our psyche through the asteroids Vesta, Pallas Athene, Diana, and Astraea. This presentation will explore the myths and offer cosmic context giving us important clues about how their energies show up in our lives and our unique soul patterning. Together we will explore:
the evolution of the word and concept of "virginity"
meanings of each asteroid in the collective and natal astrology charts
practical ways to work with these powerful planetary bodies
